Cannot fault Neptune. We have had multiple deliveries over the last few months and everything has arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Their products are amazing quality, LOVE it all!

Suffolk sideboard fits beautifully in our home. Neptune very helpful when trying to choose paint colour. Delivery men very good, friendly and helpful. Overall, we are delighted with our purchase - good, timeless piece of well crafted furniture.

Waited 5 months for a product and was helped hugely by member of staff when it was still not available and chose something similar and was given discount and items arrived two days later very much appreciated

Very prompt service. Ordered a beautiful chopping board which I’ve had my eye on for some time and a lovely butterdish. The chopping board is pricey but looks lovely as a decorative piece with a couple of small faux herb plants on top. The buyer dish was well priced and super good that you can just put a block of butter inside. Lovely products.

Awful customer service they just can’t be bothered. It’s a great shame as everything looks they sell looks lovely but it’s not worth the pain trying to get answers or back up.

I received an incorrect delivery of goods - tins of paint should be straight forward - that I ordered on line but they sent a mixed order of the wrong colours.
I had to chase as I had no initial response to my email.
I then had a prompt reply but I am still awaiting to receive the outstanding goods.
Not a good experience!

A great professional service from start to finish. Easy on line ordering, smooth delivery and great product. delighted with how the chairs look in our kitchen.The only thing I would improve on is that the chairs arrived with no after care advice, ie cleaning materials to be used. This would have been extremely useful.
